On the basis of the information available to the Company, approximately 46.53% of the issued ordinary shares were held
by the public and therefore Rule 723 of the Listing Manual issued by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited
has been complied with, which requires at least 10% of a listed issuer's equity securities to be held by the public.
