Footnotes Following the release of the Financial Results on 27 August 2008 and declaration of a first and final dividend (one-tier tax-exempt) of 6 cents per share and a special dividend (one-tier tax-exempt) of 2 cents per share for the financial year ended 30 June 2008 duly approved by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, the Company is pleased to announce that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on Wednesday, 5 November 2008 for the preparation of dividend warrants.

Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited, 138 Robinson Road #17-00, The Corporate Office, Singapore 068906, up to 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 4 November 2008 will be registered before entitlements to the proposed dividends will be paid on Friday, 14 November 2008.
